Where a specialized team will contact you as soon as possible, and work will be done to process the complaint and take the appropriate action within 10 working days from the date of receiving the complaint and all the required documents, bearing in mind that we will contact you to inform you in the event that the complaint requires a longer period to process it.
In the event that you are not satisfied with our response, you have the right to resort to the Central Bank of Jordan or to the courts.
The complainant may file a complaint with the Central Bank in the following cases:
